Raw Recipe: Chocolate Pudding

This recipe is gluten free, animal free, dairy free, oil free, nutrient dense, and plant strong. (see previously posted Day 8 – Whole Foods Health Starts Here Class)

1 large avocado
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
3/4 cup dates, pitted*
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla extract

Soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes.

Drain, reserving soaking liquid in case you need more liquid for pudding consistency.

Combine all ingredients.

Blend in blender.

Serve in fancy glass with mint or any tiny garnish of your choosing.

*Careful with pitted dates. The mechanical process is NOT perfect and you can RUIN your appliance if you do not check to make sure all pits have truly beeb removed.
